I just love this family! I know I say that about almost all of my clients, but it's true!! I love how close the entire family is and that the cousins are more like siblings than cousins! It reminds me of my kid's and their cousins and I just love that!

A League of Her Own
I absolutely love photographing kid's birthday parties! It's so fun to see what theme and ideas the parents come up with! And now that there's Etsy and Pinterest these parties are extraordinary and everything is so cute!!!
I was so excited when I showed up and saw that the theme was A League of Her Own! That was my all time favorite movie growing up!! This little sweetie had such an amazing party and now has lots of photos to look back on and see how special her mom made her day :)

The Cousins
Every year we take the annual "Cousins" pictures in our family. With adding in 2 almost 2 year olds this year it became WAY more difficult to get them to cooperate! When I'm photographing other people's kids I rarely have a problem (KNOCK ON WOOD), but photographing your own...STRESSFUL!! haha :) My sis-in-law and I look back and laugh now, but we were not laughing that day. I'm actually shocked I even got a few good ones! Here are our favorites of our little stinkers :)

I've had the chance to photograph some pretty amazing kids birthday parties lately!! This one was just spectacular! Just look at the dessert spread!! I was in heaven!
The Royal Entertainers princesses were there to make all the kiddos day perfectly magical! They all had such a great time!

The Mirabella Boys
I've been photographing this family at least a couple of times a years for several years now. I'm so lucky that they still keep coming back to me time and time again because I just love seeing them!!!
Mom brought props along....which I love! Makes the session more unique and special for them! She brought along their favorite "toys". I love that she brought their bunnies to be photographed with before they are too old for them and have totally forgotten about them :)

Make Over Monday
This summer is flying by, and once my oldest is back to school I will have more time to work on being more regular here on the blog :)
This week's Make Over Monday is of this sweet lil boy with his daddy!
I first brought the image into Lightroom. I adjusted for exposure, color and contrast and then I cropped it a bit. I almost never crop images, but this one was in need of it. I then brought it into Photoshop and sharpened it....tada....here it is!
